Tech Engine Australia was founded in a small office on the Gold Coast and has grown into a national business. Delivering HUGE changes to small businesses, using a wealth of 15+ years of experience. A website goes live, word start to spread, contract drafts are formed ready for the first long term commitment from a customer.

Tech Engine Australia successfully partners with multiple small businesses in long-term contracts, growing a more formal Service Level Agreement. The Tech Engine Australia service team grows to ensure SLAs are met, and client preventative maintenance visits can be achieved. The service offering becomes extensive, along with the partner list, to allow a ‘YES’ attitude for our clients. Client’s remote international offices take services from Tech Engine Australia MSP offering. 

Off to work with applying for tenders, we have taken on some amazing inspiring new clients. And, to support and innovate those great customers we have taken on 4 new staff members. Our drive and smart thinking won us a QLD government tender completing a 95 site rollout. To throw more excitement on top we completed an out-of-hours installation for Australia’s largest super organisation, 700 sensors across 14 floors!

Power Platform practice formally opened in November with the first secured contracts at $0.5m /annum. Moved into the new office in the middle of the year to allow further growth and sucess.

Remote and onsite service desk, and technical installs have opened up to Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, and Perth.

4 new staff members have joined us. New logos across different industries allowed us to gain further knowledge in Medical, Recruitment, Construction, Architects, and Legal. We even had to get some smarter work swag for our team that goes onsite to blend in with the scene (not as far as needing white coats and gloves!). We firmed up and really tested our technology and cyber security stack, including dropping products from market-leading brands as they were not very good. Alas, we are ready to deploy our bundled product sets as they are battlefield-tested!
