He has a wealth of experience working as the EMEA IT Manager of a VC-backed ‘unicorn’ start-up, then the Global IT Director of a financial services company. This led him to start and exit an MSP in London. After relocating to Brisbane, Australia, he created Tech Engine Australia to advance SMBs in Australia with technology.

Chris leverages his brilliant communication and interpersonal skills to create long-lasting relationships with clients at Tech Engine Australia. He is always the first to go out of his way to ensure the client is being delivered what he has promised. Chris leverages his experience in sales for multiple sectors and in interest in IT infrastructure and cyber security.

Al has a solid amount of experience with LAN/WAN administration, systems engineering, and contemporary software and hardware systems. His outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to develop an easy rapport with users allow him to effectively diagnose and resolve all types of computer problems.

Shammie brings 16 years of management experience to the table, including accountancy and business process outsourcing roles. She has the unique ability to focus on details while still being able to see the bigger picture. A true team player, Shams will champion any task large or small. She understands what’s important and helps the company focus on the things that really matter

Jordan has studied IT at university and has a keen interest in all things tech. With a keen eye for detail and a calm persona, his ability to act on your behalf to identify and suggest technology improvements makes him a great Technical Account Manager.

Dev brings smooth communication and 7+ years of IT project management to our team. He gives a holistic and balanced view when discussing, and implementing positive technological changes. Data migrations for files and emails, creating company intranets, in addition to working through proactive and reactive client issues.

Zac’s persistence, patience, and interpersonal skills allow remote and field work a pleasure for the client being assisted. Zac is keen to review customers and our helpdesk internal processes to always keep innovation and improvement forefront.

Ollie brings a spring to everyone’s step, especially when he is asked to come on site visits! He comes with high requirements of lots of cuddles and throws of the ball, so beware! He is exceptional at getting to the bottom of a box of toys to find the right bone for the job.
