⚠️ Important Notice:
Microsoft officially ends support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. After this date, Windows 10 will no longer receive security updates, patches, or new features. Running Windows 10 beyond End of Life poses significant security and compliance risks.

For the best experience, Tech Engine Australia strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11 or replacing older hardware with new, supported devices.

Windows 10 Minimum Requirements (End of Life October 2025):

  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster CPU or System on Chip (SoC)
  • RAM: 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
  • Storage: 16 GB (32-bit) / 32 GB (64-bit)
  • Graphics: DirectX 9 or later with WDDM driver
  • Display: 800×600
  • Internet: Required for updates and some features

Windows 11 Minimum Requirements (Recommended):

  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2+ cores on a 64-bit processor or SoC
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum
  • Storage: 64 GB or larger
  • Graphics: DirectX 12 compatible with WDDM 2.0 driver
  • Display: 720p or higher (9” or larger)
  • Security: TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot required
  • Internet & Account: Microsoft account and internet required for Home edition setup

  • macOS High Sierra (10.13) or later (latest macOS strongly recommended)
  • 4 GB memory minimum (8 GB+ recommended)

  • Apple ID required for some features

Display:

  • Windows: 1280×768 minimum (4K requires hardware acceleration)
  • macOS: 1280×800 minimum
